|
The Regulation and
Enforcement program within the Department of Labor will require General Fund
appropriations of $53,831 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $70,845 in fiscal year
2016-17 for one Labor and Safety Inspector position and related All Other
costs associated with the additional travel, publications, outreach and
education necessary to implement the requirements of this legislation. This
preliminary fiscal impact statement assumes an effective date of October 1,
2015. |
