Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes a General Fund appropriations of $46,467 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $54,972 in fiscal year 2016-17 for the Regulation and Enforcement program within the Department of Labor for one half-time Labor and Safety Inspector position and related All Other costs associated with additional assistant attorney general time, travel, publications, outreach and education necessary to implement the requirements of this legislation.
	This bill also includes a General Fund appropriation of $153,245 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $182,343 in fiscal year 2016-17 for the Judicial Department for one part-time Superior Court Judge position, one Deputy Marshall position and one part-time Assistant Clerk position and related costs to handle the expected increase in new cases. This fiscal note assumes an effective date of October 1, 2015.
