Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $3,207,351 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $4,276,468 in fiscal year 2016-17 to equalize pediatric preventive dental rates between federally qualified health centers and other medical providers. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
