	The general operating expenses of this study are projected to be $10,000 in fiscal year 2015-16. The Legislature's proposed baseline budget includes funding for joint standing committees (excluding the Appropriations and Financial Affairs and Taxation committees) to meet a total of 32 times during the interim.  Whether baseline budgeted amounts are sufficient to fund the 6 committee meetings for this study will depend on the allocation of meetings authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature.  The additional costs of providing staffing assistance to the study during the interim can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted staff resources.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Additional costs to the Departments of Administrative and Financial Services, Education and Health and Human Services to provide information and data as necessary can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
