This floor
amendment removes the requirement for the Department of Public Safety to
establish and maintain a centralized database of concealed handgun
permits. The incremental affect
compared to the committee amendment is the removal of the General Fund
appropriation of $147,373 in fiscal year 2016-17 and a reduction in Other
Special Revenue Funds allocation of $112,627 in fiscal year 2016-17. |
