Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $1,029,623 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $1,310,636 in fiscal year 2016-17 to add restorative, diagnostic and preventive dental services to pregnant and postpartum women for one year after delivery, including the MIHMS changes, testing and OIT oversight. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
