This bill allows
for an open primary election. The
Department of Secretary of State would require a General Fund appropriation
of $162,400 in fiscal year 2015-16 for ballot printing. This analysis assumes the department would
need to print enough ballots for 75% of the total enrolled and unenrolled
registered voters. |
