The bill includes
Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $325,668 in fiscal year 2015-16
and $444,476 in fiscal year 2016-17 to the Department of Health and Human
Services (DHHS) for 5 Public Health Inspector I positions in order to meet
the department's inspection requirements of all licensed establishments
pursuant to Title 22, section 2497. DHHS will increase licensing fees to fund
these allocations. |
