The bill
establishes amusement ride inspection requirements with a fee of $75 per
hour. It also establishes a permit
application process with a $100 fee.
Other Special Revenue Funds revenue within the Department of Public
Safety will increase by $109,725 beginning in fiscal year 2015-16 from these
fees based upon 775 hours to inspect rides and 516 permits. |
