Fiscal Detail
and Notes |
The bill includes
a General Fund appropriation of $200,000 to the Department of Public Safety
in fiscal year 2014-15 for an independent consultant to study the feasibility
of establishing a statewide firefighter training facility and regional
firefighter training facilities. |
This legislation
is not an emergency. If the bill goes
forward, it would need to be amended to either add an emergency clause or to
move the appropriation to fiscal year 2015-16. |
