Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $53,715 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $107,429 in fiscal year 2016-17 to increase the reimbursement rate for eyeglasses for children by 50% by January 1, 2016. Federal  Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
