Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill exempts from sales tax any fee placed on a paper or plastic single-use carry-out bag.  The exemption will reduce General Fund revenue by $9,144 in fiscal year 2014-15, $33,250 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $33,915 in fiscal year 2016-17.  It will also reduce Local Government Fund revenue by $481 in fiscal year 2014-15, $1,750 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $1,785 in fiscal year 2016-17.
