Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $33,325 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $45,431 in fiscal year 2016-17 for a Comprehensive Health Planner II position to work as the liaison between DOE, DHHS and the school administrative units to help schools alleviate the challenges in navigating the complexity of Mainecare billing and improve communication. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the administrative federal match.
