Any additional
costs to the Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations within the
Department of Administrative and Financial Services from eliminating the
requirement that civic auditorium licensees give written notice before a
function or event, allowing licensees to sell spirits in original containers
for service in auditorium club suites and undertaking certain rulemaking are
expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
