Extending the
time that some school administrative units (SAU's) are allowed to raise less
than the required local contribution of the total cost of essential programs
and services and not have the state share reduced pursuant to Title 20-A,
§15690, sub-§1 (C) by 2 years will not impact the total cost of K-12 public
education or the State's share of that cost. |
