costs to the Department of Environmental Protection from forbidding the
packaging or labeling of certain products with labels stating that the
product is flushable and safe for sewer and septic systems unless certain
conditions are met, starting January 1, 2016, are expected to be minor and
can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
