Any additional
costs or revenue to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife (IFW)
from authorizing certain moose permit holders to transfer that permit to a
family member and allowing IFW to establish a fee to cover administrative
costs associated with this activity are expected to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
