	This amendment will restore payments from the General Assistance - Reimbursement to Cities and Towns program to certain currently ineligible individuals who were considered eligible until June of 2014. As no reduction was ever made to the budget to reduce appropriations for the change in June of 2014, the funding to restore is still in the baseline budget. No additional appropriations are required.
