Providing an
exception that allows a person who has been ineligible for temporary
assistance for needy families for 5 or more years to now be eligible to
receive general assistance will reduce savings from the bill. The reduction
is expected to be minor and overall the bill will continue to be savings to
the General Assistance - Reimbursement to Cities and Towns program. |
