This amendment
eliminates the General Fund appropriation of $40,000 beginning in fiscal year
2016-17 for the cost to the Department of Administrative and Financial
Services (DAFS) to participate in a food scraps composting pilot project. The
amendment directs the Department of Environmental Protection to invite DAFS
to participate and DAFS can choose to participate or not as resources allow. |
