Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill reduces the annual license fee for a high-stakes beano license from $50,000 to $25,000 through 2016. This will reduce Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to the Department of Public Safety by an estimated $25,000 in each of fiscal years 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17.
