	Any additional revenue loss to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife from allowing certain nonresident students enrolled in an institution of higher education to be eligible for any hunting license, fishing license, trapping license, combination hunting and fishing license or permit at the resident fee is expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
