Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill establishes the Home Weatherization and Repair for Seniors Fund as a non-lapsing fund within the Department of Economic and Community Development and includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $750,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2015-16 for the newly created Home Weatherization and Repair for Seniors Program.  Additional costs to the Department of Economic and Community Development to administer the program can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
