Fiscal Detail and Notes
The bill reduces the cost of a commercial shellfish license from $133 to $67 for applicants under 18 years of age. This will reduce revenue to the General Fund and to the Shellfish Fund account within the Department of Marine Resources by $4,136 and $550, respectively, in fiscal year 2015-16 and in every subsequent fiscal year.
