The Department of
Health and Human Services will require a General Fund appropriation of
$24,575 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $58,979 in fiscal year 2016-17 to provide
for coverage for routine male newborn circumcisions rather than only for
those considered medically necessary under existing rules. Federal
Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for matching federal
money. |
