This legislation
could increase Highway Fund costs to the Department of Transportation and
General Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds and Federal Expenditures Fund costs
to the Department of Environmental Protection if they are required to pay
landowners compensation to enforce land use regulations. Although these costs
cannot be estimated, it is anticipated they could be substantial. |
