The bill provides
one-time appropriations and allocations in fiscal year 2014-15 from the
General Fund, Federal Expenditures Fund and Other Special Revenue Funds to
the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, Baxter State Park
Authority, Department of Environmental Protection and Department of Marine
Resources for reclassifying and reorganizing certain positions. This bill has
no net impact on the General Fund because an appropriation of $5,645 in the
Personal Services category is offset by a deappropriation of the same amount
in the All Other category. |
