This bill
increases the maximum allowable tattoo licensing fee for out-of-state
residents but does not require the Department of Health and Human Services to
change the fee it currently charges. The department does not anticipate
changing the fee at this time. Also, the department already has a rule
requiring tattoo practioners to be at least 18 years of age. |
