Providing a motor
vehicle excise tax exemption for certain vehicles owned by people with
disabilities will have no impact on state revenue. The exemption will be an
excise tax revenue loss to municipalities. No estimate is made of the amount
of loss in each municipality, which is dependent on the number and value of
such vehicles registered. |
