The Department of
Administrative and Financial Services has identified the need for additional
General Fund appropriations for 5 positions and associated costs to implement
recommendations of the Government Oversight Committee related to ethics
practices and procedures for executive branch employees. The amounts required
are estimated to be $495,307 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $660,697 in fiscal
year 2016-17. |

Any additional
costs to the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election practices are
expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
