An Act To Designate Pure Maine Maple Syrup as the Official State Sweetener
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 1 MRSA §228 is enacted to read:
§ 228. State sweetener
Pure Maine maple syrup is the official state sweetener.
Effective 90 days following adjournment of the 127th Legislature, First Regular Session, unless otherwise indicated.
