SUMMARY

This amendment incorporates the substance of Senate Amendment "D" to Committee Amendment "A" and House Amendment "A," but corrects a technical error to specify that the exemption for a person who is on active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States of the National Guard or who is an honorably discharged veteran applies to all such persons over 18 years of age.
