Amend the bill by striking out all of section 14 and inserting the following:

‘Sec. 14. 36 MRSA §191, sub-§2, ¶AAA is enacted to read:

AAA. The disclosure by employees of the bureau to an authorized representative of the Office of the Public Defender for the administration of Title 4, section 1804-A, subsection 1, paragraph A for determining eligibility for indigent legal services under Title 4, chapter 37.’

This amendment, which is the minority report of the committee, corrects a lettering conflict and adds a fiscal note to the bill.
