Articles of red clothing permitted under this subsection must have an excitation purity not less than 85% and luminance factor of not less than 40%'

Amend the bill in section 2 in the 5th line (page 1, line 10 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "required by current law" and inserting the following: 'pursuant to the requirements of the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 12, section 11203, subsection 1-A'

Amend the bill in section 2 in the 6th line (page 1, line 11 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "the Maine Revised Statutes,"
