Amend the resolve in section 2 by striking out all of subsection 2 (page 1, lines 18 and 19 in L.D.) and inserting the following:
‘2. Sixteen dollars per plate to the Maine State Cultural Affairs Council established under the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, section 12004-G, subsection 7-A; and be it further’
SUMMARY
This amendment provides that $16 of the $25 fee for the State of Maine Bicentennial commemorative plate goes to the Maine State Cultural Affairs Council rather than the Maine Historic Preservation Commission.
