Amend the resolve by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘Resolve, Authorizing the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services To Sell or Lease the Interests of the State in Certain Real Property Located in Bangor and Thomaston’
Amend the resolve in section 2 by striking out all of subsections 1 to 4 (page 1, lines 20 to 40 and page 2, lines 1 to 6 in L.D.)
Amend the resolve in section 2 by renumbering the subsections to read consecutively.
SUMMARY
This amendment changes the title of the resolve. The resolve provides the authority to the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services to sell or lease properties in Augusta, Bangor and Thomaston. The amendment removes 4 properties in Augusta from the list. The properties removed are the property identified as the District Courthouse, the Daschlager House, the McLean House and the Smith-Merrill House.
