The amendment is the minority report of the Joint Standing Committee on Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. It allows a person who holds a permit to hunt big game to hunt coyotes from 12:01 a.m. to sunrise on Sunday statewide. The amendment removes the bill's provision authorizing coyote hunting on Sunday only in the northern part of the State.
