An Act To Ensure the Responsibility of the Department of Transportation for a Portion of U.S. Route 1 in York and for the U.S. Route 1 Bypass in Kittery
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 23 MRSA §754, sub-§1-A is enacted to read:
1-A. Exception. Notwithstanding subsection 1, the department shall maintain in good repair the U.S. Route 1 Bypass in the Town of Kittery and U.S. Route 1 in the Town of York from the Kittery town line north to Mountain Road.
