§ 13019-G. Renewal of administrator certificates; rules
Beginning July 1, 2017, in addition to the certification renewal requirements established pursuant to sections 13091-A, 13091-B and 13091-C, the state board shall require by rule the completion of at least 50 hours of direct student instruction as a qualification for renewal of such other certificates for administrators as determined to be necessary and beneficial for the efficient operation of the schools in accordance with the provisions of section 13011, subsection 5.
Sec. 5. Renewal of school administrator certificates; rules. The Department of Education and the State Board of Education shall provisionally adopt rules related to the renewal of administrator certificates required by this Act no later than December 31, 2016.
