Resolve, Directing the Department of Transportation and the Maine Turnpike Authority To Erect Highway Signs for Thornton Academy

Sec. 1. Signs placed for Thornton Academy. Resolved: That, notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 23, section 1912-C, the Maine Turnpike Authority shall place directional signs to Thornton Academy in the City of Saco on the portion of Interstate 95 designated as the Maine Turnpike at the northbound and southbound exits of the highway that are located closest to Thornton Academy and that the Department of Transportation shall place directional signs on the portion of Interstate 195 closest to Thornton Academy in each direction; and be it further

Sec. 2. Costs. Resolved: That Thornton Academy shall assume all costs associated with the directional signs described in section 1.
