Amend the bill in section 1 in §6902-A in the first paragraph in the 3rd line (page 1, line 6 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " up to 4 postsecondary institutions in the State to assist up to 200" and inserting the following: ' postsecondary institutions in the State to assist'
