Amend the amendment by striking out all of the substitute title (page 1, lines 12 to 14 in amendment) and inserting the following:

Amend the amendment in section 3 in the 2nd line (page 1, line 17 in amendment) by striking out the following: "6" and inserting the following: '3'
Amend the amendment in section 3 in the 5th line from the end (page 1, line 26 in amendment) by striking out the following: "6-month" and inserting the following: '3-month'
Amend the amendment in section 3 in the 4th line from the end (page 1, line 27 in amendment) by striking out the following: "6-month" and inserting the following: '3-month'
Amend the amendment in section 4 in the 4th line (page 1, line 34 in amendment) by striking out the following: "6" and inserting the following: '3'
Amend the amendment in section 4 in the 6th line (page 1, line 36 in amendment) by striking out the following: "6-month" and inserting the following: '3-month'
SUMMARY
This amendment reduces from 6 months to 3 months the period of time that the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services must offer certain property to Kennebec County prior to listing the property with private real estate brokers.
