Resolve, To Increase the Number of Days a Junior Hunter May Hunt Deer
Sec. 1. Junior hunters to hunt deer after Youth Deer Hunting Day. Resolved: That the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife shall amend the rules in Chapter 4: Hunting and Trapping, Section A-5 to allow a youth 10 years of age or older and under 16 years of age who possesses a junior hunting license under the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 12, section 11108-C to hunt deer on the days between Youth Deer Hunting Day and the residents-only Saturday of the regular deer hunting season, excluding Sunday.
