An Act To Promote Enhanced Eligibility Verification in Maine's Welfare System
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §3109 is enacted to read:
§ 3109. Annual determination of benefits
The department annually shall determine the eligibility for benefits of a recipient of assistance under this subtitle.
