An Act To Facilitate the Production of Hard Cider in Maine
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 28-A MRSA §1355-A, sub-§3, ¶D is enacted to read:
D. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Title, for purposes of this section, “malt liquor” includes hard cider.
SUMMARY
This bill allows the holder of a brewery or small brewery license to manufacture hard cider.
