Resolve, To Provide Certain Dental Services to Pregnant Women Enrolled in the MaineCare Program

Sec. 1. Department of Health and Human Services to amend its rules to provide dental services to pregnant women. Resolved: That, by January 1, 2016, the Department of Health and Human Services shall amend Rule Chapter 101, MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter II, Section 25 to cover diagnostic, preventive, restorative and periodontic dental services for pregnant women 21 years of age and older. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
