Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘An Act To Increase County Borrowing Authority’
Amend the bill in section 1 in §934 in the first paragraph in the 3rd and 4th lines (page 1, lines 7 and 8 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " one ten-thousandth of the county's total property valuation" and inserting the following: ' $192,000'
SUMMARY
This amendment is the minority report of the committee. It provides that a county may obtain loans up to $192,000 instead of one ten-thousandth of the county's total property valuation as proposed in the bill.
