An Act To Reduce Fees at Maine's Postsecondary Institutions
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §10014 is enacted to read:
§ 10014. Student health fees
A postsecondary institution may assess a student a student health fee only if the student has expressly agreed to pay the fee. For purposes of this section, "student health fee" means any fee separately charged to a student for health services, including, but not limited to, access to a health center.
