An Act To Lower from 70 to 65 the Age at Which a Person May Obtain a Lobster and Crab Fishing License for a Reduced Fee
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §6421, sub-§8, as amended by PL 2009, c. 213, Pt. G, §3, is further amended to read:
8. Exception. The fee for a license for an applicant 70 65 years of age or older is:
A. For a Class I or an apprentice lobster and crab fishing license, $66;
B. For a Class II lobster and crab fishing license, $136; and
C. For a Class III lobster and crab fishing license, $203.
