Resolve, To Increase Funding To Support Peer Centers

Sec. 1. Provide funding to peer centers. Resolved: That, by October 1, 2015, the Department of Health and Human Services shall provide a one-time payment to peer centers that provide services on a contractual basis to the department, also referred to as social clubs or drop-in centers, that is equal to a 10% increase over the fiscal year 2014-15 contract budget amount for each of the 12 peer centers. The 10% increase must be included in future contracts increasing the baseline.
